Solys — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Solys.

Our products are designed for general wellness, comfort, and lifestyle use.

Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 90 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- the product must be in its original condition

- the product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email contact@solys-us.com and include:

- your order number

- the product(s) you wish to return

- the reason for the return

Our team will reply with the appropriate return instructions and the correct return address based on your region.

Do not send any item back without prior authorization from our support team.

3. Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

- the exact return address

- packaging instructions

- return processing instructions

Please note:

- customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- we do not provide prepaid return labels

- returns sent without prior authorization may be refused

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for:

- a different size

- a different color of the same product

We do not offer exchanges for different products.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued to:

- the original payment method, or

- store credit, when applicable and agreed by the customer

Only the amount actually paid by the customer, after any discounts or promotions, will be refunded.

Promotional codes are not reissued and have no cash value.

6. Refund Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

- Solys processes refunds within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected

-your bank or payment provider may take up to 14 business days to post the refund to your account

If you have not received your refund after this period, please:

- check your bank account again

- contact your credit card provider

- contact your bank

- then email contact@solys-us.com if the issue remains unresolved

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- items returned without prior authorization

- personalized or custom-made items, unless defective

- gift cards

- vouchers

- subscription products

- renewed subscription cycles

- free trial subscriptions not canceled before the end of the trial period

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact@solys-us.com.

Please include:

- your order number

- your full name

- a description of the issue

- clear photo or video evidence

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

9. International Orders

Customers may place orders from countries outside our main storefront regions.

For international orders:

- delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

- customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer

- Solys is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers
